15 Vintage lunch boxes to bring back childhood memories

School lunch boxes were an iconic part of school. I’ll always remember that when mid August hit, we would be tasked with sorting out our school gear for the new academic year. School shoes, a school coat, the dreaded school uniform – they all were unwelcome reminders that the summer holiday was coming to an end and that school would soon be back in. Where did those 6 weeks go?

For many though, the school dinner box was the big one to get right. Your status in the canteen would be judged on how cool your school diner box was, and the 15 vintage lunch boxes below, were the coolest of the cool in their day.
