Sports shoes, from the latest running shoes right the way through to football boots have become the latest frontier in fitness technology. Running trainers in particular are increasingly coming in many different shapes and sizes. From zero-drop running shoes through to the more traditional trainers offered by sports giants like Nike, Asics and Adidas are all incorporating more and more technology.
