The top eight videos on YouTube are increasingly dominated by more
professional content as the site focuses on working with major broadcasters.
The top comedy video, however, remains ‘Charlie Bit My Finger’, a
user-generated film which has now amassed over 525million views. Last year
the site was dominated by Korean pop star Psy’s Gangnam Style, which now has
1.6billion views.
YouTube has recently announced that it will charge users for some channels.
